The Bed is in a Separate Room
Most studio apartments have a separate sleeping room, just off
the living room, which can be closed off. Thus, the bed is not in the living room.
All upgraded kitchens are also in a separate room, and include gas stoves, microwaves, dining table, and many have dishwashers.
Apartments have hardwood floors, high ceilings, overhead fans, flat screen TVs, desks, sofas, dressers, etc.
Beautiful 1923 Building
The apartments are rented in "like-new" condition and are furnished right down to silverware and wine glasses. Studio rents, including everything, range from $2600 to $2950 on a month to month lease.
The back patio has a laundry room, Wi-Fi, and a bike rack. The building and city is bicycle friendly, as there is an excellent beach bike path nearby.
