The Buena Vista Apartments are fully furnished and have been renovated to bring back the 1923 charm. All apartments have windows facing two or three directions for light and ocean air.
Located in North Santa Monica, the Buena Vista is seven short blocks from the beach in the city's best "walk-around" neighborhood. Dining, entertainment, banks, shopping, the beach, movie theaters, public transportation, and food shopping are close by.
The Bed is in a Separate Room
Most studio apartments have a separate sleeping room, just off
the living room, which can be closed off. Thus, the bed is not in the living room.
All upgraded kitchens are also in a separate room, and include gas stoves, microwaves, dining table, with many having dishwashers.
Apartments have hardwood floors, high ceilings, overhead fans, wall mounted TVs, desks, sofas, dressers, etc.
Beautiful 1923 Building
The apartments are rented in "like-new" condition and are furnished right down to new pillows, all linens, silverware, wine glasses, etc. Studio rents, including everything, range from $2600 to $2950 on a month-to-month lease.
The back patio has a laundry room, Wi-Fi, and a bike rack. The building and city are bicycle friendly, as there is an excellent beach bike path nearby.
